Workspace App Access

monday.com apps may be installed to access all workspaces, or specific workspaces. If an app does not have access to a workspace, recipes may still be installed however they will not work as expected. If your recipe is using a mirror column, and the mirrored item is in a workspace the app has not been granted access to, it will also fail.

To resolve these issues, reference the Managing app access on your account article at support.monday.com.

There is an open feature request for monday.com to prompt to grant access to a workspace when adding a recipe to a board if the app does not have access. If you agree it would be helpful if monday.com would at least take this step, please vote for this request in the upper left of the request thread in the community.
